1. Introduction


At Designtone.com.bd, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


2. Return Policy


2.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


2.2 Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:


Custom-made or personalized products.

Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.


3. Return Process


3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@designtone.com.bd. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.


3.2 Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.


4. Refund Policy


4.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.


4.2 Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). For example, if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued.


4.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@designtone.com.bd.


5. Shipping Costs


5.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


6. Exchanges


6.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@designtone.com.bd and follow the return process.


7. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka 05 Days
  • Outside Dhaka 10 Days

7.1 We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
